What kind of equipment can be installed on an LBM Quad? Many different emergency warning lights can be installed. LED's are the best choice do to their long life, and low power drain. Various racks can hold a variety of security and rescue gear. Generator & floods, first aid trauma kit, fire extinguishers, electrical cord reels, rescue rope, gun rack, video cam, gun lock, winch, windshield, electronic siren, storage boxes, long handled tools, protective enclosure and many other options. Can the quads be run on the street? Most quads sold in America are not designed for street use. They do not meet the standards of state motor vehicle description of "motor vehicles". This could change some day as equipment keeps evolving. LBM, LLC does not change or interfere in any way with the driving/operating of the quad as delivered from the factory. Like any ATV quad, the manufacturer's instructions must be followed. LBM, LLC emergency quads are NOT intended for police pursuit, chasing, etc. or to engage in high-speed manuevers. LBM emergency quads are sold to provide access to areas that a full sized vehicle would have difficulty with. |
